Our Obligations

If this is your first visit, we want you to know we care about you and are ready to support and guide you through what concerns you. We want you to feel comfortable and at ease to talk about anything you want, and to know that we conform to a scrupulous confidentiality policy. Talking to a therapist online or on the telephone is as safe as talking to one in person.

We consider it our duty to protect your confidentiality. Online therapy is as confidential as visiting a therapist in an office setting. We take our responsibility very seriously. We want to protect your privacy and confidentiality. We will do everything in our power to safeguard your interactions, whether in person or online. We will never reveal to anyone the fact that you are corresponding with one of us, let alone what you are corresponding about. (The exception being that we are required by law to disclose to the proper authorities if necessary, to protect you or someone else from imminent danger of harm.)
